May 19th. Thursday. We left home around 8:00 AM and arrived at Pop Century around 4:30 PM. We got a room in the eighties that's like totally tubular for sure! Our room is facing the laptop pool which worried us because of noise, but so far so good.
We had a magical start to the evening by taking the ferry from Magic Kingdom to Fort Wilderness to the Hoop Dee Doo Review. While en route, we were delighted to see the Wishes fireworks. The Hoop Dee Doo was as awesome as we remember from our last time in 2001. The food was great and we had a wonderful server named Lisa. The last time we came to the HDD, Jake was picked to be in the grand finale. Guess who was picked this time? No, not me. Eddy! My introverted husband was converted into the angel of Davy Crockett wearing a pink tutu! THAT was worth the price of admission, my friend!
