It's a Surprise!

I don't know how we kept it from the kids for so long, or from anyone else for that matter.  They thought we were going to take a trip to Gatorland and then back up through Georgia to the aquarium on Spring Break.  Since they were not showing much motivation last night to finish getting everything ready for the trip, we decided to go ahead and tell them.  We brought them into the living room and talked about the places they wanted to go on our trip.  We carried on for awhile about places to go and then I gave them new blue Disney shirts.  It took a few minutes to register and then Katie freaked out.  Jake, being the cool guy that he is, just grinned.  I feel better now that I don't have to hide it.  There are still last minute things to do and pack that could've given it away.  It was much more fun telling them.

This Spring Break is going to be so much better than last Spring Break when Eddy broke his leg!
